When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email if you provide it, address or town, a description of the work, and any photos you attach. If you call our business line, we record the number you called from, whether the call was answered, and, if you leave a voicemail, the message itself (up to 90 seconds). Texts you exchange with our business line are stored so we can follow up on your request.
To reply to your request, schedule and perform the work, and send you the messages you asked for. If you agreed to receive texts, we may text you about your request and, after a completed job, one message inviting you to leave a review. Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Ridgeline Roofing and the service providers that run our website, phone line, and messaging (hosting, form handling, and text messaging vendors) as needed to deliver those services. They may not use your information for anything else. If Ridgeline Roofing connects its own scheduling or job-management software to receive quote requests, that software receives the same details you sent us, under Ridgeline Roofing's own privacy terms.
Voicemail recordings are deleted after 90 days. Quote requests, call and text history, and photos are deleted two years after we last heard from you. If Ridgeline Roofing stops using the service that runs this website and phone line, these records are deleted from that service within thirty days of its last day with Ridgeline Roofing.
This site sets no advertising cookies. We count visits with privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you.
