The ballpark on the website said $8,000 to $12,000 for eleven fiberglass windows. The measured quote was $10,400 and the invoice was $10,400. Two days, no drywall damage, and the house is quiet.

From ballpark to install
Ballpark
Three questions give an installed price range, worked out from our per-window prices.
Measure and quote
We come out, measure every opening, check the framing, and write the quote on the spot.
Order and schedule
Windows take four to eight weeks to arrive. We text you the install date when the truck is confirmed.
Install and walk-through
Most houses are one to two days. We open and close every window with you before we leave.
How we install
The flashing is the job
A window is only as good as what's around it. Ours are taped and flashed to the house wrap, which is why they don't leak in year six.
Measured twice, ordered once
We measure every opening ourselves. A window that's a quarter inch off is a window that leaks air forever.
The crew that quotes installs
No sales team, no subcontractors. The person who wrote the number is on the ladder.
Rot gets fixed, not hidden
If the frame is soft, you'll get a photo and a price for fixing it, not a window sealed over it.
Customer reviews
New fiberglass entry door with a sill pan under it, which the last one never had. Closes with one finger and the draft in the hallway is gone.
Twelve-foot slider replaced. They found the old frame out of level, fixed the framing, and came back a month later to adjust the rollers like they said they would.
Egress window for the basement bedroom, permit and all. Inspector passed it and the room appraised as a bedroom. Cut, well, ladder, done in a day and a half.
Four fogged units replaced instead of the whole windows, which two other companies wouldn't do. Four stars because the glass took five weeks to come in, but they warned me.
Whole house, twenty-two windows, wood-clad to match the 1920s look. The trim work inside is better than the original. Ballpark tool was within a few hundred dollars of the real number.

Questions we get at the estimate
How accurate is the ballpark?
It's our real per-window pricing multiplied by your answers, so for a typical house it lands within about 15 percent of the measured quote. What moves it: rot we find in the frames, unusual sizes, second-story access, and stucco or brick exteriors. The measured quote is the number that counts.
Insert or full-frame replacement?
An insert keeps your existing frame and fits a new window inside it: cheaper and faster, fine when the frame is sound. Full-frame removes everything to the studs, re-flashes, and gives you more glass; it's the right call when there's rot or the old frame is out of square. We tell you which one you need at the measure, with photos.
Do you replace one window or only whole houses?
One window is fine. The per-window price is a little higher on small jobs because the trip and setup are the same, and the ballpark reflects that.
How long do windows take to arrive?
Stock vinyl sizes: two to three weeks. Fiberglass and wood-clad: four to eight weeks, longer for custom shapes. We schedule the install the day the order confirms and text you the date.
Do I need a permit?
Like-for-like replacement usually doesn't. Egress windows, changing the size of an opening, and anything structural do, and we file it with Gresham, Multnomah County, or Clackamas County and meet the inspector.
