They found rot around three windows that two other companies had quoted right over. Showed us photos, fixed it, and the Hardie siding looks like the house was built last year. Yard was clean every single night.
We are a siding and exterior crew on NE 78th Street in Vancouver, eleven years in, and the people who quote your house are the ones who work on it. Every job on this page is shown before and after from the same spot, because that is the only honest way to show siding. Siding, windows, decks and paint, across Clark County and over the bridge.

What customers said
Fourteen windows in two days. They flashed every one into the house wrap, which the last guy definitely didn't do. Quiet in the house now and the crew lead texted me a plan every morning.
Waited for a dry week in September, scraped everything down to solid wood, two coats. It's been through a winter and it looks exactly like the day they left.
Composite deck with cable rail. They pulled the permit, the inspector passed the footings first try, and the stairs feel like concrete. We live out there now.
Seamless gutters and they moved a downspout that had been dumping next to the foundation for twenty years. Four stars only because the first date got rained out, but they called ahead.
A soft spot by the back door turned out to be a rotten rim joist. They opened it up, showed me, fixed it in a day, and matched the trim so you can't see where it was.

Questions we get at the estimate
How much does new siding cost?
For a typical single-story house in Clark County, fiber cement siding runs $14,500 to $28,000 installed, including trim and the weather barrier. Two stories, lots of corners, or rot repair push it up. We give a range from a street photo and a fixed written number after we walk the house.
Do you replace what's rotten under the old siding?
Yes, and we photograph it first. Rot repair is priced per linear foot in the quote. If we find more than we estimated, we stop and show you before doing anything.
When is the best time of year for exterior work?
Siding, windows, and decks go in year-round; the crew works under tarps when it rains. Paint needs dry days above 50 degrees, so painting runs May through October and we watch the forecast daily.
Do I need a permit?
Decks, structural repairs, and most window changes that alter the opening need a permit in Vancouver and Clark County; siding and paint usually don't. We file whatever is needed and schedule the inspections.
Are you licensed in both Washington and Oregon?
We're registered with Washington L&I and carry liability insurance and bonding. For jobs on the Oregon side we work under our Oregon CCB license; we send both numbers on request.
What's the warranty?
Ten years on our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer's warranty on siding, windows, and paint. If something we installed fails, we come out and fix it.
