Switched to Greenway after two seasons of no-shows from another company. Same crew every Thursday, the edges are sharp, and they actually blow off the driveway.
We are a landscape and lawn company on SW Pacific Highway in Tigard, twelve years in. The same crew comes on the same day each week, a licensed applicator does the spraying, and the number on the quote is the number on the invoice. Mowing and feeding programs, planting, patios and walls, and the cleanups the big-leaf maples make necessary twice a year.
Tigard, October 2026
What the crews are doing in October
Overseeding finishes early in the month while the soil is still warm, and the leaf cleanups begin as the big-leaf maples let go. Trees and shrubs planted now settle in over the wet winter.

Landscaping services in Tigard
Our own crews do all of it. Every job is quoted in writing before it starts, and where a starting price is listed it is the real floor.
Lawn
- Mowing & edging
Weekly cuts on a set day, with crisp edges along walks and beds and the clippings blown off your driveway before we leave.
Most jobs run from $55/visit. - Fertilization & weed control
A five-round program timed to the Willamette Valley's seasons: moss control and pre-emergent in late winter, slow-release feedings through the dry summer and a winterizer once the fall rains return.
Most jobs run from $65/application. - Aeration & seeding
Core aeration opens compacted soil so water, air and seed reach the roots. Paired with overseeding in early fall, it thickens a thin lawn.
Most jobs run from $180.
Landscape
- Planting & garden beds
New foundation plantings, perennial beds and privacy screens matched to sun, soil and deer pressure, with native and drought-tolerant choices for a dry Oregon summer.
Quoted per project. - Mulching
Beds weeded and re-edged first, then topped with two to three inches of hemlock or fir bark.
Most jobs run from $95/yard installed. - Pruning & tree care
Shrubs shaped, hedges leveled and small trees limbed up on the right schedule for each species so they flower and stay healthy.
Most jobs run from $150.
Hardscape
- Patios & walkways
Paver patios and walkways set on a properly compacted base with polymeric sand joints so they stay flat and moss-free through a wet Oregon winter.
Quoted per project. - Retaining walls
Segmental block and boulder walls that hold a grade, drain properly and give you level, usable yard back.
Quoted per project.
Seasonal
- Spring & fall cleanups
Big-leaf maple leaves, sticks and winter storm debris cleared, beds cut back and edged, and the lawn ready for the first cut or the last.
Most jobs run from $225. - Storm cleanup & debris removal
After a wind storm or the rare ice event, we clear downed limbs, blown debris and clogged yard drains so walks, driveways and beds are usable again, usually within a day or two.
Most jobs run from $175.

Completed jobs around Tigard
Our own jobs, each one labelled with its town. Ask and we will tell you the street.
What customers say afterwards
They rebuilt our back patio after the old one settled and went green. The base went in way deeper than the last guy's. Two wet winters in and it is still dead flat, no moss in the joints.
Aeration and overseeding in September. By Halloween the bare spots under the big-leaf maple had filled in. First time in years.
Asked for pet-safe products because of our dog. They explained exactly what they use and when it was safe to go back on the lawn. Flags posted every time.
Fall cleanup was thorough. Leaves out of the fence line and the window wells, beds cut back, everything hauled the same day. Only knock is they came a day later than planned after the rain.
Retaining wall along the driveway. Drainage behind it, permit pulled, and they seeded the slope above it. Looks like it was always there.

Questions we get at the walkthrough
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Weekly mowing and maintenance plans run month to month and you can cancel with a week's notice. Storm cleanup is quoted per visit, so there is nothing to sign for that either.
Are your lawn products safe for pets and kids?
We use products labeled for residential lawns, applied by a licensed applicator, and we post flags after every application. Keep pets and kids off until it has dried, usually a couple of hours. Tell us about pets when you sign up and we will note it on your account; we can also switch you to an organic-based program.
What happens when it rains on my mowing day?
Light rain does not move the route. We push a day only for a downpour or a lawn so saturated it would rut and clump. You will get a text if your day moves. If a whole week is a washout we cut once it drains and you are not charged for the missed visit.
What is included in weekly mowing?
Mowing, string trimming around obstacles, edging walks and beds, and blowing clippings off the hardscape. Bed weeding, pruning and cleanups are part of the Full Maintenance plan or quoted separately.
How do you price a patio or wall?
By the square foot of finished surface plus excavation and base, after a walkthrough. Quotes are itemized so you can see what a bigger patio or a different paver changes.
Do you offer financing?
Hardscape projects over $5,000 can be financed through a third-party lender. Ask for terms with your quote.
